MUSICA Operations¶

Current Status¶

Note

MUSICA is running in regular operations since beginning of May. All three sites are available.

How to get started¶

For Project Managers¶

If you are a project manager and want to request resources, you need to create and account a new project, as described in the following pages

Once the resources have been granted by the ASC team, the project managers can send invitations to their team members.

For Users¶

Your project manager needs to create a project for your team and send out invitation emails.

Once you receive the invitation email, follow the invite link and make sure to finish account creation at auth.asc.ac.at.

Note

In order to be able to login your account creation must have been completed!

Once the account has been created you should be ready to login to our login servers.

Software on MUSICA¶

For MUSICA's the software stack will be provided through EESSI and extended by an ASC-built software tree that is delivered through the same mechanism.

Support¶

We provide a Matrix chat room where users can discuss amongst themselves or with us: 'MUSICA Users' #asc-musica-users:tuwien.ac.at

Note

If you do not have a matrix account from your institution, you can get a free one at matrix.org: you need to join via the room name (not the link), e.g. by clicking on the compass icon right of the search field at element.io.
